#Research the #Company. Almost all major companies have websites. Take time to learn a little about the company and the position you've applied to; what they do, how they rank & most importantly their values. You want o make sure you are a great fit.
The interview thank you note is not dead. Failure to follow up can be the deciding factor in rejecting a candidate who is otherwise a great fit. Typically, this means sending an emailed thank you note later that day.
Relate. Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions. When discussing your career accomplishments, match them to what the company is looking for. Use examples from your research when answering #questions.
